The Invasion is the first of two volumes in "The Darkness of the Middle Ages." The historical period described covers events from the 5th to the 15th centuries AD.
In this volume, I attempt to uncover the cradle of the Slavs and Poles based on numerous hypotheses, written sources, and historical research. The answer to the question of who we are becomes crucial in the face of the ethnic threat caused by the policy of the current Warsaw government, which involves opening borders and bringing in peoples culturally alien to us.
During the Middle Ages, Slavic tribes were attacked by various peoples and tribes completely alien to us, yet none of the Slavic rulers of the time deliberately brought in peoples culturally alien to them. Some of the aggressors contributed to the development of culture, art, religion, and technological progress among the Slavs, but the vast majority posed a mortal threat to our security and sovereignty.
The Middle Ages were exceptionally turbulent, often bloody and turbulent, surrounded by darkness rife with superstition and pagan beliefs.
Attacks on the Slavs were usually carried out under the pretext of fighting paganism, using foreign armies to impose Christianity by force.
It seemed that the baptism of Mieszko I, the first ruler of the Polans, in 966 would ensure the safety of our ancestors. However, this did not happen.
From the 5th century onward, a mortal enemy lurked, causing gradual depopulation of the Slavic population, widespread pauperization, and enslavement.
In Invasion, I analyze the historical events of the Middle Ages and demonstrate that the threats from that period have not disappeared and continue to have a profound impact on our Polish reality.
